Kelly Tshibaka statement on President Biden’s press conference

Alaska Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka today issued the following statement regarding President Joe Biden’s press conference:

“If we needed further illustration of what a disaster Joe Biden is as president, today’s press conference served that purpose perfectly. Biden clearly wanted to ‘reset’ his administration and get a jump on the horrible stories that will come out tomorrow, the first anniversary of his taking office, which will detail all the damage he has done to this country in just twelve months.

“Incredibly, Biden denied that he overpromised about his capabilities as a leader, and hysterically claimed that he has actually ‘overperformed.’ In the face of rampant inflation, an energy-annihilating agenda, a runaway COVID pandemic, a crisis at the border, unconstitutional vaccine mandates, a deadly fiasco in Afghanistan, and a historically divided country, he laughingly gave himself good marks on the job he’s done.

“Biden even made the claim that if he doesn’t get his federal takeover of state elections passed, the legitimacy of the 2022 elections could be called into question. He is already trying to sow doubt in an election – ten months away – in which his party is expected to take a ferocious beating.

“On top of it all, he gave a green light to Vladimir Putin, signaling that he would not find a ‘minor incursion’ by Russia into Ukraine objectionable. Naturally, the White House has already started trying to walk back that Biden blunder. But those blunders never stop.

“This is the president Sen. Lisa Murkowski has enabled since before he took office. His policies are the ones that are destroying Alaska and the nation while Murkowski stands by his side.

“Doubt was removed long ago, but today underscored it: Joe Biden is the worst president in history.”
